As One is a real estate investment firm that owns and operates hotels & restaurants in Pennsylvania. Since 2009, we have set the example of how to manage assets with proven success while driving a strong top & bottom line.

As One has expanded into an exceptional company that prides itself on amazing products across many franchised facilities (including Hilton Hotels, Radisson, Preferred Hotels & Resorts and InterContinential Hotel Group).

Our most recent new build was Hotel Rock Lititz, in Lancaster County - an independent property of 139 rooms inclusive of two penthouse suites, 3,000 square feet of meeting space and full service restaurant - part of Preferred Hotels and Resorts.

Corporate Team
Christina joined As One in 2009 and has since taken on a key role in operations and strategic planning. Her responsibilities include supporting the As One portfolio to achieve P&L goals, training, quality assurance, and overall company operational efforts. Christina specializes in hotel operations, sales and marketing, and revenue management. She is also a Certified Hotel Administrator. Christina is based in our Harrisburg Field Support Office.

Jessica joined our team in 2024 and has been an invaluable addition to our corporate team. She is responsible for running job fairs, fostering employee development, resolving conflicts, and organizing team celebrations. Her specialties include recruiting, insurance, payroll, and general HR management. Jessica is based in the Harrisburg Support Office.
Phillip joined As One in 2025 and has since taken on a key role in operations. His responsibilities include coaching the As One portfolio in how to achieve P&L goals, quality assurance expectations, sales and operational efforts. He specializes in hotel operations and revenue management. He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator. Phillip is based in our Harrisburg Field Support Office.
Jeannie joined As One in 2011 and serves as our dedicated bookkeeper, managing all accounting needs such as accounts receivable and payable, profit and loss statements, and assisting with the process. Her specialties include QuickBooks, tax preparation, and P&L management. She is based in our King of Prussia office.

Mayur has been with As One since 2009 and assists with all administrative needs to keep us running. He specializes in insurance, credit card management, vendor partnerships and another variety of amazing tasks. Mayur is a humanitarian at heart and is based in KY.
Pawel (pronounced Paul) is our Chief Maintenance Engineer, bringing over a decade of experience since joining us in 2009. Based in Gettysburg, PA, he expertly oversees all properties in the Gettysburg and Harrisburg areas, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. His specialties include Construction Management, making him a vital asset to our team.
